Delivery Policy
Maison WaWa is pleased to offer free delivery on all purchases of $100 or more (before taxes). For orders under this amount, a delivery fee (+tax) will apply at checkout.
Would you like to buy online and pick up your order in store?
No problem—just select the “Pick up in store” option at checkout. No delivery fees will apply.
We deliver throughout Canada and internationally through our partner DHL.
Delivery times are as follows:

1 to 5 business days in Canada

1 to 2 business days for express delivery

Up to 15 business days for deliveries outside Canada
Return policy
Only purchases made on maisonwawa.ca can be returned by mail. Returns are free and must be made within 30 days of the online purchase date. You can return an item purchased online in two ways:
1. In store*
Present yourself at the Maison WaWa store of your choice with:

the purchase invoice (paper or electronic version), and
-
the item to be returned.
2. By mail
Please follow the procedure outlined below on our website to complete your return by mail. Please note that items purchased on maisonwawa.ca cannot be returned to a Maison WaWa Entrepôt location.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your items. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
Sale or clearance items
Items discounted by 50% or more from the regular price cannot be exchanged or refunded, either in-store or by mail.
