🎁 Terms of Use for Maison Wawa Gift Cards
1. General information
Maison Wawa gift cards are issued and sold by Maison Wawa, a company registered in Quebec.
They can only be used for the purchase of products offered on our official website or on our authorized sales platforms.
2. Value and Use

Gift cards are available in various amounts determined at the time of purchase.

They can be used partially or in full when making a purchase.

If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the card, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If a balance remains on the card after a purchase, it can be used for a future purchase.
3. No expiration date
Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
The monetary value remains valid as long as the Maison Wawa business is in operation.
4. No fees
No activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees apply to Maison Wawa gift cards.
5. Reimbursement of the small balance
In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, any gift card holder may request a cash refund of a balance less than $5 after a purchase.
6. Taxes
No tax (GST/QST) is collected when purchasing a gift card.
Applicable taxes are calculated only at the time the card is used to purchase a taxable product.
7. Loss, Theft or Unauthorized Use
Gift cards must be stored carefully. Maison Wawa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a gift card.
No replacement will be made for a lost or stolen card.
8. Non-transferable and non-refundable
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except for the refund of the small balance mentioned in Section 5.
They are not transferable, resalable or exchangeable for another gift card.
9. Prohibited Commercial Use
Maison Wawa gift cards are intended for personal use.
Any use for resale, marketing or promotional purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
