6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Gatineau, Quebec. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability. Maison Wawa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, weather, customs delays, etc.).

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Since our bags are handmade, all sales are final except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos at support@maisonwawa.ca. After verification, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the discretion of Maison Wawa.

No refunds will be issued for:

Damage caused by customer mishandling;
Normal variations due to artisanal craftsmanship;
A simple change of mind.
